Within the partnership between LT&C and SEVENSEAS it is envisioned that you will find a story about a marine LT&C-Example in every edition of the coming months. The recently published August edition of the SEVENSEAS magazine features the LT&C-Example Soneva Fushi in Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, Maldives (see pp126-131). The article appears just in time before the Annual General Meeting of The Long Run/Zeitz Foundation, which will take place at Soneva’s facilities on Baa Atoll this year. The Long Run is a LT&C partner, and Soneva Fushi is one of their members applying for sustainable tourism.
The SEVENSEAS August-edition is the 15th issue of the colourful and informative marine conservation and travel magazine. Magnificent photography and inspiring articles relevant to the mission of Linking Tourism & Conservation make the SEVENSEAS magazine, yet again, a must-read for LT&C members and like-minded marine conservationists and travellers. The magazine has been produced for readers in 170 countries. More than 5000 have subscribed and 10 000 visitors per month have clicked through the colourful pages. The numbers are growing. The magazine is a project in partnership with, and sponsored by The Ocean Foundation.
The electronic editions are for free, and LT&C recommends to subscribe to this impressive marine conservation and travel magazine.
