Linking Tourism & Conservation is working with researcher Chloe King from Solimar International on the second in a series of white paper publications featuring tourism business efforts to protect and conserve nature, following on from the first publication titled “Climate Action through Regeneration: Unlocking the Power of Communities and Nature through Tourism.” The first report highlighted 5 Principles and actionable steps for tourism operators to take to facilitate Nature-based Solutions and respond to community needs; the second report will dig into the “how” and “how much” behind these efforts.
This is a great opportunity for LT&C Example providers and LT&C members to feature your business efforts in an industry-facing publication highlighting examples and best practices of how private businesses are investing in and growing Nature-based Solutions. If you are interested in participating in this research and having your business featured, all we ask is that you complete the following survey, which should take no more than 10 minutes, before October 1st: https://tinyurl.com/enterprise-nbs-survey
If you would like to learn more about the research or share more about your experience financing and implementing Nature-based Solutions, please reach out to Chloe directly at c.king@solimarinternational.com. We expect the report to be published before December 2022.
