Lake Constance Foundation, created in 1994 as a charitable environmental organization, is invoved in environmental activities on regional, national and European level. LCF has a long term expertise in lake management, sustainable tourism, environmental friendly agriculture and forestry, renewable energies (especially biomass), sustainable land use planning and topics related to business and biodiversity (e.g. food sector).
Global Nature Fund was created in 1998 as a charitable environmental organisation. GNF founded and coordinates the international Living Lakes Network for the protection of lakes and wetlands and has also a longterm experience in demonstration projects on sustainable development in lake regions and protected areas. Ecosystem restoration and the protection of species, the use of renewable energy and all topics related to business and biodiversity are core fields of activity of GNF.
