Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialisation in Sustainable Development. Over 14 years of professional experience with 9 years of hands-on experience in sustainable economic development with a special focus on the tourism sector and 3 years of hands-on experience in conservancy in the regions of Southern and East Africa.

Solid leadership/ management experience including programme and project management from inception (inclusive of proposal development and fundraising/resource mobilisation), day-to-day implementation to monitoring and evaluation; experience of programme and project financial management and reporting (narrative and financial), personnel recruitment and supervision and business development. Strong knowledge and experience of the Southern Africa region gained during over 14 years of professional work.

Experience of working with development cooperation including GIZ, UNEP, UN GEF, Swiss Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), ILO, EU and several the SA Government funds.  Strong communication and networking skills and ability to communicate across different sectors and institutions. Wide experience in partnership development with civil society, public and private sector organisations in support of Southern African sustainable development.
